Thrash's Smash Rooms provide a safe, fun environment for people who are experiencing very normal feelings of sadness, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and more to release these feelings acceptably.

A Smash Room, also known as a Rage Room, Break Room, or Destroy Room, is a purpose-built room where people can vent their frustrations, stress, or anger by destroying objects in a safe, controlled environment. The very first Smash Room opened in Japan in 2008. There are hundreds spread out over the US since emerging in 2016. Smash Rooms are stress-free entertainment and a great, effective way to let off steam safely. Destructive Therapy can help with grief, everyday stresses, bitterness, resentment, disappointment, depression, anxiety, and aggravation.

What’s it like at Thrash The Smash Room? A visit to Thrash The Smash Room is an experience like none other. There are 4 packages you can choose from based on your group size and/or how much you want to smash. Prices range from $37-$210 depending on the session chosen. A waiver must be signed and there are lobby games that can be played while one of the Krew Members arranges the breakables for destruction in 1 of 4 rooms. Things to break include various glassware, plates, cups, bottles, TVs, cellphones, printers, light fixtures, coffee makers, microwaves, laptops, toasters, toaster ovens, and more depending on session selection. Once the room is ready, Smashers will be dressed in protective gear by one of the Krew Members and allowed to take selfies at one of the many Selfie Stations. Protective gear includes long sleeves, padded chest protectors, face shields, gloves, goggles, shoe covers, and ear plugs. Smashers are then escorted to their room and given a few simple rules to follow. Bluetooth your phone to available speaker and smash out to some music, choose your weapon, and begin smashing! Baseball bats, golf clubs, hammers, mallets, sledgehammers, and crowbars are accessible weapons included in each room. Closed toe shoes and long pants recommended.
