- MEDITATION ZEN GARDEN - Mental Health is an important part of your everyday health & wellness. At our day spa, you can sit back and relax in our ancient Japanese-themed peaceful private sanctuary. With comfortable, zero gravity reclining leather chairs, you can further relax with the built-in massager. Now offering the stress therapy eye massager as well. - INFRARED SAUNA - Health & Wellness starts on the inside. There is nothing quite like a 30-45 minute session in a sauna. Infrared heat is known to help relieve sore muscles and improve your overall health. We are excited to feature our full spectrum sauna that can hold up to 2 people.

Established amidst the COVID-19 crisis, Shvaas Spa, LLC was created to be a space for people to learn to live in the present, improve respiratory health, support immunity, and rejuvenate their body, mind, and spirit. Owner, Khristina Lawler, dreamed of offering a safe space in which to breathe, experience meditation and other wellness practices, and support overall health and well-being.
With a goal of offering natural, complementary wellness practices to the community, Shvaas Spa supports physical and mental health, providing Halotherapy (dry salt therapy), Sunlighten Infrared Saunas, Hydro-Massage, and three meditation gardens which allow for clients to sit back and relax in our zero gravity massage chairs while taking part in recorded guided meditations and affirmations.
Our main feature is constructed of nearly 15,000 pounds of pure Himalayan Salt, Shvaas Spa Cave offers the ambiance of a glowing pink salt cave combined with a state-of-the-art Halotherapy system that infuses the air with a dry aerosol of microscopic, pure pharmaceutical grade sodium chloride. The salty air is breathed deep into the lungs and system, absorbing bacteria, pollen, and other toxins, allowing the body to naturally rid itself of these pollutants and strengthen its immunity. Through our day spa services, we hope you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Our focus is to allow our clients the opportunity to disconnect from the world and relax through many different forms of meditation practices.
